Making the decision to move forward with coaching is a big one. This is the moment you get to choose how you want to show up in your divorce. Will you continue on your current path? Or do you want something else? This is an important decision! Your Coach is a part of your divorce team. Here are some questions to help you decide:
- Is it important to you that you show up in your divorce with confidence, grace and dignity? Are you doing that now?
- Do you want to learn how to minimize and eliminate that knee jerk reaction every time something is said, written or done? So you can respond with a clear level head.
- Do you want to be able to move forward past your divorce without being angry? Can you do that now?
- Do you want to be able to celebrate milestones in your children’s lives without having the anger of the divorce tainting every moment? Can you see that now?
